Szentgyörgyi és Bazini Péter országbíró a saját 1516. augusztus 27-i ítéletlevelét, melyet az Iregd-i Patócsi János fia Miklós felperes és Harazth-i Ferenc alperes közötti perben a felperes ügyvédje mutatott be, az alperesi ügyvéd kérésére az alperesnek átírásban kiadja. Eredeti – teljes szöveg. Papír, hajtásoknál kissé rongált. Szöveg alatt piros viaszú, csonka rány. p.
