Mátyás király Chepen-i Mihály és fiai: Bernard és Mihály, valamint lánya: Skolasztika részére és bemutatásában megerősíti V.László 1455 okt.16-án kelt, a nyitrai káptalan 1455 dec.5-én kelt, Mátyás király 1464 dec.12-én kelt és a garamszentbenedeki konvent 1465 febr.2-án kelt okleveleit tekintet nélkül a székesfehérvári koronázaskor hozott dekrétumra, amely V.László és saját koronázása előtti oklevelei megerősítésére egy évet írt elő. - Zöld-kék-rózsaszínes zsinóron függött pecsétje hiányzik.
