Pálócz-i László országbíró előtt Chalad-i Ferenc magára véve fia: Péter terhét, a Nyitra megyei Dawaran más néven Falkosweg birtokot, amelyet korábban a nyitrai káptalan és a garamszentbenedeki konvent oklevelével Hynd-i Péternek zálogosított el, újra elzálogosítja ugyancsak Hynd-i Péternek 17 magyar aranyforintért és 8 ortért. - Resturált - Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma.
