A konvent bizonyítja, hogy I.Ulászló király 1441 június 18-i parancsa végrehajtásaképpen a mandátumban felsorolt Vajai és Berceli nemeseket a Tisza mellett fekvő Bercel possessiójukban készített rév és az azon szedett vám birtokába ellentmondás nélkül bevezették. - Csonka szöveg. - Vége hiányzik, nem lehetett elolvasni a másoláskor.
