I.Ulászló király a leleszi konventnek. Tudatja a címzettel, hogy megengedte a Vajai és Berceli család név szerint felsorolt tagjainak, hogy a Szabolcs megyei, a Tisza mellett fekvő Bercel nevű possessiójukban révet tarthassanak és abban vámot szedhessenek; elrendeli egyben nevezettek bevezetését a rév birtokába.
