Mátyás király a királyi személyes jelenlét előtt Wegles-i Jwsth András (egr.) felperes és Czecze-i Kis (parvus) Máté (egr.) alperes között Mihály-nap nyolcadán (okt. 6.) folyó per során a felperes ügyvédje, a királyi ügyvédvalló levéllel megjelent Mindzenth-i Thorda István kérésére átírja Mátyás király 1489. augusztus 19-én kelt, Weghles-i Justh András (egr.) feleségéhez: Borbálához (nobili et generose) intézett, az alperes ügyvédje: Petherd-i János által felmutatott oklevelét (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 382. sz.). - Jobb oldalon a szövet alatt: Lecta per magistrum Adam prothonotarium. - Papíron, alul vörös viaszpecsét töredékével.
