[Zapolya-i István nádornak]* az idézésre vonatkozó rész kivételével az előzőével azonos tartalmú levele Wygles-i Jwsth András (egr.) érdekében, Koromhaza-i Korom Bálint (egr.) felesége: Zsófia és Paxi-i Benedek nemes, Blathnycza-i várnagy ellenében a garamszentbenedeki konventhez. - Kijelölt királyi emberek: Dwlycz-i Máté, Dwlycz-i Slwh Lőrinc és Dániel. - Átírta a garamszentbenedeki konvent 1497. február 19-én kelt jelentésében. - *Az intitulatio az átírás alkalmával tollban maradt. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Borsa Iván): Justh 497.
