A garamszentbenedeki konvent jelenti Wyngarth-i Gereb Péter nádornak, a kunok bírájának, hogy az annak 1501. február 12-én kelt vizsgálati levelére (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 583. sz.) a Zabor-i Tamás nádori ember és István pap konventi kiküldött által Reminiscere vasárnap előtti szombaton (márc. 6.), Turóc megyében megtartott vizsgálat igazolta a mandátumban foglalt panaszt. - Az oklevél zárlatán alul: Lecta. - Papíron, zárópecsét kis darabjával.
