László, a turóci Szűz Mária-monostor prépostja és a konvent tanúsítják, hogy Ilsua-i Leuzstazius nádornak 1394. október 18-án kelt parancsára (lásd Borsa, Justh-regeszták 53. sz.) Jardan-i Thomka fia: György nádori ember István fráter konventi kiküldött jelenlétében ellentmondás nélkül beiktatta (Nazpal-i) György mestert említett (Chepanov-i) birtokrészébe. - Hártyán, hártyaszalagon függő pecséttel.
