Mátyás király János esztergomi érsek, Magyarország primása, az apostoli szék született követe, fő és titkos kancellár kérésére és érdemeik, főleg a nemrég Morvaországban az eretnekek elleni harcokban tett szolgálataik fejében Therezthene-i Pál és Albert nemeseknek adja a magtalanul elhalt Horwath-i Maly /dictus/ Szaniszló tornamegyei Horwathy birtokát és az abaujvármegyei Horwath birtokon lévő részét.
