A csornai konvent jelenti Ulászló királynak, hogy amidőn 1441 július 9-i parancsára a Sopron megyei Kysfalud possessio birtokába királyi adomány címén Zlibow-i Bronisiust, Bedlowa-i Jánost és gyerekeiket meg örököseiket be akarták vezetni, annak a jelentésben felsoroltak ellentmondottak, így őket az ellentmondás ügyébe az adományosok ellenében Szent Mihály nyolcadjára /okt.6./ a királyi perszonális prézencia elé idézték. - Zárópecsét maradványa. - Hátlapján egyk.felj. - Két darabra van szakadva - A szakadásnál és hajtásoknál kissé hiányos.
