A csornai konvent bizonyítja, hogy Kisfalud-i Lőrinc fia:Literátus Antal egy részről és Susko asszony, Linkohath-i Péter özvegye más részről kölcsönösen nyugtatták egymást a közöttük eddig felmerült vitás ügyekre, perekre vonatkozóan, különösen pedig Hédervári nádornak Susko asszony ellen hozott elmarasztaló ítélete tárgyában. Hátlapján rányomott pecsét helye.-Vízfoltos, elhalványult írás. CSORNAI KONVENT
