Garai Miklós nádor bizonyítja, hogy Pechel-i Zarka Miklós fia: Zsigmond, egy részről és Gewsfalua-i Benedek fia Gews Tamás, más részről, egymást kölcsönösen nyugtatták az eddig elkövetett hatalmaskodások és kártevések ügyében, különösen nyugtatták Zarka Zsigmond név szerint felsorolt familiárisait Sclavus Mihály megölése és Zepethk-i Domokos megverése tárgyában.
