A pozsonyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Pokatheleke-i János fia, Miklós, a maga, János és Barnabás nevű fiai és Ferenc nevű testvére nevében a Temes megyei Zenthmichal posessióban levő részeik osztályától Pokathelek-i János fiait: Lászlót, Pált, Imrét és Simont meg Pokatheleke-i Imre fiát, Tamást, eltiltotta, minthogy ezek a részek a két felet egyformán illetik.
