Mátyás király (Hungarie, Dalmatie, Croacie etc) elengedi mindazt a bírságot, melyben eddig Peren-i Miklóst és elődeit elmarasztalták és meghagyja a nádornak, országbírónak és az összes bírói hatóságoknak, hogy Miklóst a birságok miatt személyében vagy javaiban háborgatni és megkárosítani ne merjék. - A jobb alsó szélén: Relatio domini Rinoldi. - Alján papírral fedett pecsét töredéke.
