A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Mezewkezy-i Palasthy Gergely a Nyitra megyei Mezewkezy birtokon lévő FelsewTho halastóban lévő részét Gymes-i Forgach Ferencnek, Miklósnak és Zsigmondnak 20 forintért elzálogosítja, jótállását vállalva minden birtokával, s ha ebben sem tudná megvédeni párbajban vesztesnek tekintessék.
