Akoshaza-i Sarkan Ambrus Lajos király (Hunngarie et Bohemie etc.) országbírája a Swran-i György halála után testvére: Sebestyén által Peren-i Gábor ellen folytatott perben az alperes ügyvédje: Thorday János részére átírja a lelesz-i konventnek 1513. március 26-án kelt, a felperes ügyvédje: ZenthIwan-i Gergely által felmutatott oklevelét. Datum Bude, vigesimo tertio die termini prenotati (decimi diei festi Epiphaniarum Domini) anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo quinto. Jobb oldalon a szöveg alatt: Lecta.
