Miklós, Lelez-i prépost és a konvent bizonyítják, hogy Zsigmond király 1433. június 24-én, Budán kelt parancsára Peren-i Péter fia Jánost, Torna, Weresmarth és Akly, Wgocha megyei birtokokba Fanchyka-i Mózes királyi ember János alírnok, konventi kiküldött jelenlétében teljes jogon bevezette. Datum sedecimo die diei introductionis et statutionis (in festo beati Laurentii martiris) anno Domini supradicto (millesimo quadringentesimo tricesimo tertio).
