Miklós Lelez-i prépost és a konvent előtt Peren-i Péter ispán fia János a testvére: Miklós nevében is, minthogy osztályos rokona: Peren-i János királyi tárnokmester az ő fejváltságáért Gyskra János kapitánynak és Kassa /Cassouiensis/ városnak 4.500 forintot kifizetett, neki Nyalab várat Zewlws mezővárossal, Werecze, Kyralhaza, Thekehaza, Zazfalw, Ardo, Gywla, Athyna, Therebes, Olahfalw és Chongwan birtokokkal együtt elzálogosítja a fenti 4.500 forint erejéig. Miklós leleszi prépostleleszi konvent
