A szepesi káptalan előtt ”domina Gerus filia Demetrii filii Woytha de Petrouichsygra” örökségének egyharmadát, melyet nagybátyjától, a fenti Woytha fia Dénestől kiperelt, ”pro quattuor marcis grossorum denariorum” elzálogosítja neki azzal a feltétellel, hogy ”ipse Dyonisius universa servitia et honera expedire dictam tertiam partem contingentia ac solutiones universas solvere teneatur”.
