A szepesi káptalan előtt Rudnai Fekete (niger) Lőrinc fia Helbrandus, valamint testvére Erzsébet és ennek férje Hermannus a köztük folyó perben békebírák közbenjárására kiegyeznek olymódon, hogy Helbrandus, ”quartam partem possessionum Rudna et Sygra vocatarum cum una curia vel fundo patris sui antedicti Laurentii in possessione Sygra a parte inferiori habita, quam curiam similiter pro quarta parte contulit, - - cum quarta parte possessionis a Matheo filio Mike et filiis Lew in concambio super possessione Rudna habite, - - excepto molendino” testvérének és sógorának adja azzal a feltétellel, hogy Hermannus ”ratione quarte partis prefate possessionis pro concambio super possessione Rudna habite” tartozik neki ”unam marcam grossorum” adni.
