Gömör, 2. d. Omnium Sanctorum. Nadas-i Miklós országbírói bírságbehajtó Gömör megyében. Nyugtatja Feled-i János vajda fiát Lestákot, mivel ennek nevében annak a 24 márka bírságnak 2/3 részét, amelyben Lestákot Perényi Péter országbíró néhai Polyan özvegyével, Kisfalud-i Dénessel, Dezső fia Lestákkal és név szerint felsorolt társaikkal szemben elmarasztalta, megfizették.
