Garai Miklós nádor azt a pert, melyet Serke-i Vajda fia Lesták indított Serke-i Dezső fia László és familiárisai: Kwth-i Vamus János, Cherne-i István és többi név szerint felsorolt társaik ellen az egri káptalan perbehívásról szóló levelében foglalt ügyben, mivel az alperesi ügyvéd nem tud felelni és ezért a per elhalasztását kéri, Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.) halasztja.
