Az egri (Agriensis) káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Rede-i Czepes (?) István özvegye: Margit nemes asszony - Rede-i néhai Péter leánya - fia: Imre nevében is, elzálogosította a visszaváltásáig 400 magyar arany Ft-ért ZenthmarthonRedeye-i Miklósnak teljes birtokrészeiket a ZenthmarthonRedeye határában fekvő Repahel, Babawlgh, Zylfase... alayaro, Rethfenek alayaro, s Kenderfelde szántófölddűlőkben, továbbá a Kon, Nadzeeg, Ewkerewvyze, NaghReth, Zygeth s Berekkerth nevű és a Zylfa felőli erdőben. - Papír, rongált, írása a felső sorokban elhalványult, hátlapján rány.pecsét helye - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
