tertio die festi Laurentii. A Lelez-i Szent Keresztről nevezett konvent jelenti Lajos királynak (regi Hungarie et Bohemie etc.), hogy az 1523. augusztus 3-i parancsában elrendelt parancs kézbesítést és idézést végrehajtotta és a mandátumban felsorolt vádlottakat Rakoocz birtokban levő hajlékaikban a király elé insinuációval perbe idézte, meghagyván nekik, hogy a hatalmaskodásban résztvett jobbágyaikat is állítsák elő. A hites személy volt Kapy-i Pál conventuális. Hátlapján: 1523. pro A Peturs de Keked cum Jazow 1524. vigsimo octavo die - pro A Petrus de Keked cum nostris. Eredeti, papírzárópecsét töredékével.
