sedecimo diei diei dominice ante Kathedre Petri. Az egri (Angriensis) káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Mátyás király 1473. február 10.-i parancsának végrehajtásaképen Watha-i Batha Balázs királyi ember, Ders-i László presbiter, a Szent István király oltár rektora, hites személy jelenlétében az abban elrendelt birtokbavezetést ellentmondás nélkül foganatosította. A birtokbavezetésnél megjelent szomszédok: Watha-i Erdewg Benedek, Watha-i Márton és Gergely, Zenthmyklosbyky-i Miklós, Chech-i Péter, Geley-i Márton, és a szóban forgó Kerezthes-ből: Draxa Imre, Therewk Kelemen, Wyda Gergely, Bodor János és Thardi János.
