Ulászló király (rex Hungarie et Bohemie etc.) meghagyja Wng megye ispánjának vagy alispánjának és a szolgabíráknak, hogy Wer-i Dacho András által a megye törvényszékén bizonyos ügy miatt Kaswh-i György nemes ellen indított perben hozzon ítéletet és ha azzal az alperes nincs megelégedve, tegyék azt át ítélethozatalra a királyi kuriába a királyi személyes jelenlét elé. - Papír - Piros z.p.helye - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
