A kolosmonostori konvent jelenti Rede-i János erdélyi alvajdának, hogy megkapta vizsgálatot elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Buda-i Simon vajdai emberrel György rendi testvért küldte ki testimoniumként, akik febr. 20-án /feria tertia prox. a. f. kuthedre b. Petri ap./ Kolos megyében körüljárva és nyomozva mindent a jelentésnek megfelelőnek találtak, ”dempto certo numero predictorum florenorum auri”. Eredeti, papir. Hátlapján pecsét töredékei.
