A Scepus-i káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Bodov comes fia: István mester és Lyptouia-i András comes fia: Pongrác (nobiles viri a hátlapon: de Lyptouia) tiltakoztak amiatt, hogy Donch mester (magnificum virum) egykori zólyomi (Zolyensem) ispán Bobrouch nevű liptói (in Lyptouia) birtokukat, amelyet néhai Demeter mester után most ő tart jogtalanul kezében, a királlyal vagy mással elcserélje vagy elidegenítse. - Hártyán, viszonylag ép zárópecséttel.
