Zemerchen-i Péter, Nadasd-i Bay* Tamáshoz és Zenthywan-i Istvánhoz (egregius). Kérésükre kapitányának Warkoch Kristófnak (egregius) meghagyta, hogy védelmezze meg őket minden birtokukban, a többiről András nevű rokonuk fog beszámolni, akit ez ügyben küldtek hozzá. - Papíron, zárlatán vörös viaszpecsét nyoma.
