A szepesi káptalan előtt Cirban-i Hannesmechenzny/Mechenzny (dicti) János fia: Cristanus nehéz szükségükben eladja felesége: Osanna, aki Chirban-i Thil comes leánya, és leányuk: Klára beleegyezésével a Chirban-i soltészség őket illető negyedrészét minden haszonvételével és tartozékával ugyanezen Thil comes fiának: Lőrincnek és örököseinek 60 kassai (numeri et computi Cassensis) forintért, forintját 50 új dénárral számítva. - Hártyán, hátlapján pecsét nyoma.
