Ulászló király (Hungarie, Bohemie etc.) meghagyja az aradi (Orodiensis) káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak a jelenlétében a királyi ember Zaldobagh-i Sámuelt és testvérét (fratris eiusdem): Simonffy Tamást bevezesse az őt bizonyos jogon megillető Temes megyei (Themesiensis) Kerthweles helység egy részének birtokába. - Kijelölt királyi emberek: Zebeny János, Somosy Máté és Rekas-i Simonfy Fábián – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
