Bude. feria secunda post dominicam Judica. Peren-i Imre, Abaúj megye (Abawywariensis) örökös ispánja, nádor és a kunok (Comanorum) bírája bizonyítja, hogy előtte Farnas-i Péter fia: Ferenc nemes, atyja nevében is, eltiltotta Farnas-i Thoth Gergely nemest (más esetben: Farnasy) és másokat a Heves megyei (Hewesiensis) Farnas-ban e Thoth Gergely háza mellett nyugat felé fekvő földjük elfoglalásától, melyen már saját kertjét rendezte be, egyben a királyt is annak adományozásától.
