A csanádi káptalan (Chanadiensis) jelenti Lajos királynak (Hungarie, Bohemie etc.), hogy miután az 1525. február 21-i parancsában elrendelt tanúvallatást Chychked-i Balassy Ambrus nemes királyi ember és Roycha-i János mester, torontáli főesperes (Thorontaliensis) hites személy, a Csanád megyei (Chanadiensis) Palotha birtokban megtartották, Thelegdy Ambrust és feleségét: Ilona asszonyt Palotha nevű birtokukban itteni bírájuk által insinuációval perbe idézték a király elé Pesthyeny Tamás felesége: Anna asszony ellenében.
