A budai káptalan Ulászló királynak jelenti, hogy Budán 1507. november 5-én kelt parancsára amikor Banhaza-i Miklós mint királyi ember Kewhalom-i Vince mester jelenlétében Dolha-i Péter királyi vicelovászmestert és Pethenyehaza-i Tamást a Szatmár vármegyei Zenthmyklosfaya prediumba 1507. december 28-án /in festo beatorum Innocentum martirum proxime preterito/ be akarta iktatni, azzal szemben egregius Almosd-i Chyre Tamásnak Wolffgangus nevű familiarisa ura nevében ellentmondott, mire őt megidézte. - Kivonata: Iványi ”A Teleki család gyömrői levéltára”, 455. sorszám, tévesen január 16-iki keltezéssel. - Vízfoltos papíron. - Hátlapján töredékes viaspecséttel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
