A szepesi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelentek előtte egyrészt Anna úrnő, Clara úrnőnek a leánya, Llewtcza-i Kis (Parvus) Jánosnak a nővére, Szepesvárallyai (de Suburbio Castri Scapusiensis) Mártonnak a felesége, másrészt Gobel Miklós személyesen, míg Radyolcz-i Petrasch másképpp Petrasy fia: Miklós nevében Bockros Mihály és bejelentették, hogy perüket, amelyet Szent Jakab nyolcada alatt kellett volna a királyi curiában lefolytatniok, vízkereszt nyolcadára halasztották.
