in festo bb. Cosme et Danyani mart. a leleszi konvent /:Balázs prépost és a konvent:/ jelenti, hogy Waghfalwa-i János fia: András előtte ily bevallást tett: jóllehet a nagybátyjáról: Tamásról rászállt Ugocha-megyei Maghfalwan, Zewlews ... ardon és Rakazban lévő birtokrészeit a váradi káptalan oklevele szerint 40 arany forintért elzálogosította vejének: Sapsel-i ambrusnak, utóbb a szükségtől kényszerítve újabb 50 arany forintért zálogosította el neki azokat és meg is fogja őket azokban védeni.
