Philpes-i János Zathmar megye alispánja és a 4 szolgabíró jelentik, hogy Pathisch László előttük ily bevallást tett: A közte és Beken-i Pál meg annak összes jobbágyai közt folyó perben megegyezésre jutottak oly módon, hogy Beken-i Pál az összes általa és jobbágyai által okozott sérelmekért 3 arany forintot fizet neki, amiről mind Pált, mind a jobbágyokat a megyei hatóság előtt nyugtatja. - A szöveg alá nyomott 4 gyűrűs pecsét, az 5. helye üresen. SZATMÁR MEGYE
