A leleszi konvent (Balázs prépost és a konvent) jelenti, hogy Charnawada-i Domonkos fiának: Györgynek Mátyás király Budán, 1468 márc.7-én kelt ítéletlevele szerint Szent György ünnepének 25. napján - máj.18. - a konvent előtt esküt kellett volna letennie Wyhel-i Péter fia: MIklós ellen, György ezt elmulasztotta, amiről a konvent a jelen oklevelet állította ki. - Hátára nyomott pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta LELESZI KONVENT
