Bude. feria quinta proxima ante festum b. Martini conf. Lajos király a váradi káptalanhoz. Chepanus fia: Zoard bejelentette előtte, hogy Kyraly nevű birtokát érintő, a váradi káptalantól egykor kiállított oklevele, mely sok viszontagság után újra visszakerült hozzá, megújításra szorul. Elrendeli tehát, hogy a káptalan vizsgálja meg, valóben az általa kiállított oklevél-e s ha igen, írja át.
