Déva. 5. d. oct. Corporis Christi. Dewa. István erdélyi vajda megparancsolja az erdélyi káptalannak, hogy küldje ki hiteles emberét, akinek jelenlétében Elley fia Ákos, királyi ember tanúvallatást tart annak megállapítására, hogy a Doboka megyei Dewecher birtok – mely a főbenjáró bűnben vétkes Dewecher-i Miklós birtokaiból bírói részként került a vajda birtokába – előző tulajdonosa, Dewecher-i Miklós valóban elkövette-e a terhére rótt cselekményeket.
