Buda (f. Corp. Chrasti.) II. Lajos Byrtz-i Therek Gáspár kérelmére átírja és megerősíti György brandenburgi őrgrófnak 1518. május 23-án kelt adománylevelét, amellyel nevezettnek adta a Hunyad megyei Byrtz possessio területén a Thwlya nevű vasbányát. A király Therek szolgálatai jutalmául átengedi neki a vasbányában rejlő, esetleges királyi jogot. Eredeti, hártya. Rózsaszín-zöld selyemzsinóron függő pecséttel.
