Sancto Emerico. quarto die termini prenotati: octavo die octavarum f. b. Georgii mart. (Az oklevél kb. harmadrészében valamivel leöntve, olvashatatlan.) László erdélyi alvajda bizonyítja, hogy megjelentek előtte octavo die octavarum festi beati Georgii mart. ... de ZenthIwan et Ladisluas, filius Emerici de Ernye és bemutatták előtte az erdélyi káptalan. 1373. május 2-i oklevelét, amely magában foglalta László erdélyi alvajdának 1373. márc. 16-i oklevelét (Lásd mindkettőt a DL. 30708 alatt) Az oklevél bemutatása után az alvajda megkérdezte a felektől, hogy a kötött egyezséget meg akarják-e tartani, azt válaszolták, hogy sohasem akarják azt retractare, hanem azt firmiter et inviolabiliter observare, amiről oklevelet adott nekik.
