Johannes Albertus ... regni Hungarie generalis electus jelenti, hogy figyelembe véve fidelibus continuis servitiis, laboribus, fatigiis, expensis két nemes udvari emberének, magyar testvéreknek: Ffarnoch-i Veres Benedeknek és Jánosnak a szolgálatait, amelyeket az ő környezetében teljesítettek, mikor magyar királlyá választásáról volt szó, mindezekért igéri, hogy nekik és utódaiknak más földeket fog adni azokért, amelyeket Erdélyben bírtak és ezt igéri sub verbo nostro ducali /hercegi/ et fide Christiana ... - Függő pecsétje hiányzik. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
