secundo die octavarum festi pasce Domini. Az erdélyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult discretus vir Petrus, rector ecclesie de Tyvis és Felső-Gyogh-i nemesek nevében bemutatta előtte litteras discreti viri magistri Salamonis, archidiaconi de Torda ac per nos vicarii constituti, kérve annak szóról szóra való átírását. A káptalan az oklevelet szóról szóra átírta és pecsétjével megerősítve a fenti dátum alatt kiadta. Eredeti, hártya, hátlapján pecsét nyomai. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta ERDÉLYI KÁPTALAN
