A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Gywla-i Miklós Warad-i éneklőkanonok és Colos-i főesperes káplánja: Ferenc, ura nevében, tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Tholdalagh-i Balázs Colos-i főesperesnek tekintse magát és a kathedraticum miatt a főesperesség egyes papjaival különféleképpen erőszakoskodjék, nyakukat kötve meghurcolja és kifossza őket (quosdam ex ipsis, colla ipsorum ligando duobus miliaribus enormibus petractationibus duxisset, duci fecisset nonnullos vero ex ipsis expoliasset). - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1420.
