A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Nagdobai Chyzer (dictus) Gergely - Kwsal-i - Jaakch fiai: György és János nevében - tiltakozik amiatt, hogy mikor február 25. körül Mátyás király írásos parancsára Zakachy-n Közép-Szolnok (Zolnok mediocris) vm nemesei részére meghirdetett közgyűlést akartak tartani, a megye ispánja: Dragfy Miklós halállal fenyegette meg a bírói székre összehívott nemeseket, ha azon megjelennek, minek következtében azok nem is mertek eljönni (si ipsi annotati comitatus nobiles iamdictam proclamatam congregationem accederent, penam mortis nequaquam evadere possent, sicque sepefati nobiles propter minas ... prefatam proclamatam congregationem et nec in ipsorum sedem iudiciariam accedere ausi fuissent. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 1430.
