Solyomkew-i Erdeg Simon és testvére (fr. c): István az apjuktól rájuk szállott minden ingó és ingatlan vagyonukon, 200 márka ezüst kötés alatt, megosztoztak. Az atyai házat István a régi helyén vagy tetszés szerinti birtokukon mindkettőjük jobbágyaival építse és tartsa fenn (domum paternalem eidem Stephano aut loco pristino, sive in aliis possessionibus eorum, ubi idem Stephanus muluerit cum iobagionibus ambarum partium construere et edificare debeant et teneantur).
