A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Gerend-i Jakab és László kiegyeznek Barthan-i Peres Andrással folyó perükben, azzal az ígérettel, hogy ha a feleket azonos rokoni fokon egyenlően megillető (que partes pretitulatas per lineam generationis et consanguineitatis equali iure concerneret) Thohath, Kokh, Bewl, Mynthzenth, Thethreh, Geres és Thordalaka (Torda m) egészbirtokokat sikerül idegen kézből visszaszerezniök, Peres kezébe adják Thohath-ot, valamint a többi birtok felét.
