A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti, hogy Belthewk-i néhai Draghffy Bertalan fia: György - testvére: János és saját fia: Zsigmond nevében is - annak a szeretetnek viszonzásaként, amellyel mostohaanyjuk (noverca): Dragffy Bertalan özvegye: néhai Hederwara-i Imre bán leánya: Dorottya irántuk apjuk halála után is viseltetett, Gerchen egészbirtokot, valamint Bewshaza és Zeplak (Közép-Szolnok vm) felét örökösen neki ajándékozza, és felhatalmazza őt, hogy halálakor vagy bármikor annak hagyhassa azokat, akinek akarja. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 3468.
